Shipping

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Auckland via tracked shipping. We do our best to dispatch all orders within one day of receiving it. Please note our warehouse is closed over the weekend. All orders received over the weekend will be sent on Monday.

For domestic orders we use Post Haste Couriers tracked service
--> Shipments within North Island have an eta of 1 to 2 business days.
--> Shipments to South Island have an eta of 2 to 3 business days.
--> International Shipments: sent via NZ Post (Tracked International Air Satchel). Delivery target is 3 – 15 working days depending on country.

Shipping times may vary and the above information is just a general guide.

 

Return Policy

If you wish to return your order, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Volle Golf is not responsible for the shipping costs associated with your return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products.

We want our customers to receive high-quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service at sales@volle.golf  Please include as many details as possible including your order number. Once reviewed, and if your claim is justified, we will refund your reasonable freight expenses and issue you a Return Authorization number to associate with the claim.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
