Shipping

All orders are sent via tracked shipping. We do our best to dispatch all orders within one day of receiving them. Please note, our warehouse is closed over the weekend. Orders received over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Shipping times may vary and the below information is just a general guide.

New Zealand Orders

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Auckland via tracked shipping. 

Free shipping is available on all non custom golf ball orders of two dozen or more. Custom golf balls and shoes are not currently eligible for free shipping.

For domestic orders we use Post Haste Couriers tracked service.
- Shipments within the North Island have an eta of 1 to 2 business days.
- Shipments to the South Island have an eta of 2 to 3 business days.

Australian Orders

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse, (except any orders containing Origin golf balls, these will ship from New Zealand).

Orders sent from Australia have an eta of 2 - 4 business days (via Australian Post, Couriers Please, or Fastway)

Orders sent from New Zealand have an eta of 2 - 10 business days (via Australian Post)

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30 day return policy. If you wish to return or exchange your order, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and sent back in the original packaging.

To return your product, please send an email to hello@volle.golf

We offer two ways to return your products.

1) Express courier pickup - For an extra $10, we can arrange for a courier to pickup your item from your house

2) Self Return - you can send your item back to our warehouse using your own postage choice. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For returned or exchanges items, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Warranty / Faulty Products

We want our customers to receive high-quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service at hello@volle.golf. Please include as many details as possible including your order number. Once reviewed, and if your claim is justified, we will either refund or exchange for the full value + shipping costs of your product.
