Where does my order ship from?

New Zealand Orders

All New Zealand orders ship from Auckland, New Zealand.


Australia Orders

Orders will ship from our warehouse in Sydney.

For golf ball orders, we currently hold Atlas stock in Australia and Origin stock in New Zealand. 

All Atlas orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. 

Any order that contains Origin golf balls will be shipped from Auckland, New Zealand. 

Can I return my purchase?

We offer a 30 day return policy. If you wish to return or exchange your order, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and sent back in the original packaging.

To return your product, please send an email to hello@volle.golf

We offer two ways to return your products.

1) Express courier pickup - For an extra $10, we can arrange for a courier to pickup your item from your house

2) Self Return - you can send your item back to our warehouse using your own postage choice. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For returned or exchanges items, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Are your balls conforming with R&A standards for competition?

Both the Origin and Atlas are confirming to the Rules of Golf meaning they have been tested against R&A standards and are able to be played in competition.

What if there is an issue with my product?

We want our customers to receive high-quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service at hello@volle.golf. Please include as many details as possible including your order number. Once reviewed, and if your claim is justified, we will either refund or exchange for the full value + shipping costs of your product.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We do our best to dispatch all orders within one day of receiving them. Please allow 1-2 days for our warehouse to dispatch your order.

New Zealand

North Island: Post Haste Courier tracked package – 1 to 2 business days from dispatch.

South Island: Post Haste Courier tracked package – 2 to 3 business days from dispatch.

Australia

Atlas - 2-4 business days, depending on which state you are located, from dispatch.

Orders containing Origins  - 3-10 business days, depending on which state you are located.

We aim to delivery your custom golf ball order within 10 business days from receiving your order. Please note that actual times can vary depending on logo requirements and approvals needed.

Business Hours

Please note our warehouses are closed over weekends. All orders received on a weekend will be sent on the following Monday (except when Monday is a public holiday).

Which ball should I use?

We’ve purposefully limited our ball selection to two very distinct balls. We want all golfers to have access to a tour level ball but didn’t want to overwhelm with small differences across numerous balls, so we kept it simple. 


If you are looking for piercing distance in all conditions, great spin and soft feel, then the Origin is for you. 


If you prefer more spin and can manage it better than some of your peers, then the Atlas. 

What if my shoes don't fit?

Are the Tomo Alpha shoes waterproof?

The short answer is, no. They are not 100% waterproof. The
Tomo Alpha shoe has a Waterproof Knit. The knit is layered with a membrane that prevents water from passing through. However you may still experiencing moisture
while wearing the shoe, as water can still get through the eyelets of
the shoe. Generally speaking when a shoe is waterproof, it is saying the
shoe is waterproof from below the tongue, since water can easily get
in the shoe from the collar, tongue gap,...etc. Since the Alpha doesn't have a tongue like a traditional shoe, the waterproof is on the knit fabric
itself. The perforation on the eyelet holes allow breathability and additional comfort.
